So I recently bought Clip Studio Pro since it was on dirt cheap offer at £20 and the built in 3D posing dolls are amazing, their vector tools are amazing, all the settings for colouring and then even have dedicated tools for Manga Framing and speech bubbles. It's literally godlike.
